Work should be Fun, Exciting and Challenging via “team cooperation” among members: For us at famous Guru, Working should not just be stress but fun. At FGs, we believe that people are always best at what they love doing. At FGs, we don’t need to be told that two good heads are better than one and for this reason; we cannot really do without partnership via team work. Our emphasis is on team achievements via individual accomplishment that will surely contribute to the overall success and drastic growth of our organization. Emotional Intelligence: Can we do without emotional intelligence? No! Emotional Intelligence is the combination of self management skills and the ability to work with others. IQ and technical skills are important but emotional intelligence is the sine qua non for the success and growth of this organization.
Love | Tolerance | Understanding | Dialogue: At FGs, we love without boundary. Not just by virtue of being Christians; but in addition to this, we are not oblivious of the fact that Globalization will surely bridge the gap between cultural, religious and ethnic differences by changing the way and the speed with which we communicate with one another from and part of the globe. We should always bear in mind that every individual has his or her own deficiencies. We also recognize that our ability to love, tolerate and understand one another through dialogue becomes inevitable for the growth of this organization.
We can Make Money without Doing Evil: At FGs we believe in making a change and leaving a legacy for our future generation. Thus we strive to do only legitimate and Godly business that will benefit Homo sapiens.
Democracy is Good: Democracy is good not just in government but in business. We should not just take decisions to favour us; rather, we allow the voices of the masses to influence our decisions .
Giving is always Good: At FGs, we believe that we should not just eat our cake alone, we should always think of giving those who do not have cake to eat. At FGs, we believe that our work is much of a missionary work that will provide succor for the poor in our society.
Focus | Goal | Mission: As we think of diversification, we must always try to be focused in whatever task at hand. We should equally have short term and long term goals and missions that we will always work assiduously to achieve via team work.
No Discrimination: At FGs, we do not see any reason why we should discriminate. Be you a Christian, Moslem, Buddha, Atheist; rich, poor; black, white; short, tall, etc. We all should share the universal language – LOVE – as epitomized by Jesus Christ.
Innovation |Look Beyond the Horizon: We should always try to look beyond the Horizon. I wonder what on this earth, that we cannot achieve if we look beyond the limit of our imaginations. We are all Gurus.
For us to aspire and be big like companies in the Fortune’s Most Admired list, we must have a high quality of management, product and services, innovativeness, long term investment value, financial soundness and above all ability to attract, develop and keep talented people and shoulder responsibility not just to the community but the environment through wise use of corporate and human assets.
